1. Performance Marketing Specialist

Are you someone that thrives on challenges and solving problems?

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition for our agency clients across channels, from social to SEM and landing page optimisation.

You will be responsible for managing multi-channel advertising campaigns across online channels with a strong analytical eye on optimising media spend, creative, and copy to drive new customer growth for agency clients.

You will work closely with the Head of Performance Marketing in conceptualising and executing acquisition marketing campaigns with a focus on acquiring new customers. You are an entrepreneur at heart and understands the importance of driving revenue within a sustainable CPA target.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
  • Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns across Facebook, IG & Google Ads
  • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient customer acquisition cost
  • Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid media channels
  • Identifying and testing new creatives and ad copies to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
  • Working closely with designer to optimise and improve conversion rate for landing page
  • Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results


Requirements:

  • Experienced in executing Facebook advertising/SEM campaigns preferred
  • Strong analytical skills – familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics)
  • Excellent proficiency in the English language
  • Proven experience writing and editing ad copies
  • Capable of handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced, multifaceted start-up environment
  • Strong time management skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong follow-through, as well as a strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks and projects 
  • A desire to consistently exceed objectives and improve processes with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

2. Web UI Designer

As a Web UI Designer in iFoundries, you should be a highly motivated individual with a passion for digital design, web, mobile and digital technologies. You are ideas driven and capable of solving problems from a user’s perspective and translate the results into pixel-perfect designs.

You know how effective design is critical to any digital strategy.

What You Will Learn:

  • Elicit business requirements from operational management or other stakeholders using appropriate techniques
  • Conduct research on customer profiles and preferences
  • Communicate frequently with customers on an appropriate level
  • Develop components of user interface prototypes
  • Design graphic user interfaces (GUIs), according to clear guidelines and specifications, making tweaks where required
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of user interface design according to the metrics set
  • Learn what and how personas are used to make marketing decisions to drive business growth and acquire new clients

Responsibilities:

  • Determining business needs and user requirements for web and digital user interface (UI) design
  • Translating content and layout into an intuitive and responsive experience for users using Adobe Creative Suite, as well as Universal Principles of Design and commonly used Design Methods
  • Managing the design of UI elements for projects to ensure consistency and alignment to overall concept
  • Working closely with a team of digital marketing strategists and web application developers
  • Developing a prototype of the user interface based on established requirements using Adobe XD

Requirements:

  • Diploma or University degree in digital media, multimedia, visual communication, communication design, arts or related

3. Growth Solutions Consultant

As a Growth Solutions Consultant, you are an important and valuable personnel entrusted with business development activities within the client acquisition team.

You shall apply consultative sales approach to Engage, Consult, Present, Analyse, Propose, Acquire and Delight these clients.

What You Will Learn:

  • As a Growth Solutions Consultant that works closely with the senior management, you will acquire insights on what marketing and sales strategies are used by growth companies successfully.
  • You will learn how to sell consultatively and apply needs analysis, gaps analysis and ask high-value and thought provoking questions to your prospects to position the company as the marketing and sales authority and solutions provider to help them achieve their business goals.
  • You will learn how to audit and analyse your prospect’s digital footprint to prepare an engagement strategy prior to meeting them to make the meeting productive and meaningful for them.
  • You will learn to read and analyse key metrics that drives a business, what to propose to your clients to prioritise their marketing activities that shall improve leads generation, qualification and conversions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Engage the top accounts the company would like to acquire with the support of the marketing team to generate and engage these leads
  • Connect with CEOs, CMOs, Managing Directors, General Managers, Marketing Directors, Sales Directors and SME Executive Directors via LinkedIn, business networking events to share the company’s Value Proposition and how we can help them achieve their business goals and grow their business
  • You shall be empowered to Engage, Present, Analyse, Propose, Negotiate and Convert your qualified prospects into clients
  • Be the primary contact point between the client and the company until the project kicks off and is managed by the solution delivery team;
  • Work with the solution delivery team to develop business proposals, scope of work and costing within certain gross margins before presenting to the clients
  • Communicate your progress, challenges and the support you need daily, through team huddles and weekly, through the CRM
  • Review your qualified prospects lists with your manager weekly to align and prioritise your client acquisition activities
  • Review and reflect your monthly and quarterly performance and realign it to the goals and objectives of the company with your manager monthly


Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Provide market feedback to the company every fortnightly during iFoundries team engagement sessions on client feedback, pricing, what other competitors are offering
  • Be accountable to personal and professional development and growth to continuously be able to add massive value to clients
  • Participate in the iFoundries team engagement and knowledge sharing sessions


Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent
  • Proficient in Google Office Suite, Office 360 or Microsoft Office
  • Possess Professional Certificate in Sales and Negotiation
  • Can apply a human touch on your written and oral communications
  • Enjoy meeting people, have an inquisitive mind to ask high-value questions
  • Possess excellent human interaction skills that cares for others and wanting the best for them
  • Enjoy working in cross-functional teams of marketing, sales, service delivery, client success and client support
  • Thrives in fast-paced environment that challenges you to be a better version of yourself
  • Enjoy reading and reflecting on topics of business, growth hacks, digital marketing, web technologies, artificial-intelligence, marketing and sales tools, customer experience and customer success

It would be advantages to you, if you:

  • Have at least 1 year working experience in B2B sales
  • Have more than 100 contacts of mid-sized to Fortune 1,000 companies

  • Have sold solutions worth at least SGD$10,000 per deal
  • Sold business solutions, consulting services, digital marketing services or enterprise software that increases the productivity of a business
