1. Digital Marketing

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing client accounts by providing support in daily activities and communication.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.
  • Help create, schedule, and monitor social media posts and digital content.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports for clients.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and presentations.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs) is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

2. Project Management

What You Will Learn:

  • As a project management intern that works closely with a team of digital strategists, designers and developers, you will learn how to bring out the best of each team member to contribute to the success of a digital campaign;
  • Hone your analytical skills and learn how to deal with clients effectively.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional teams – design, development, and business development for ongoing web development projects.
  • Document meetings and discussions to streamline communication flow across the company.
  • Conduct and document acceptance/UI tests and results.
  • Upload content required for new website project
  • Collaborate with development team to support ongoing web development projects, diagnosing and resolving issues.
  • Assist in writing technical specifications relating to content management system.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in IT, New Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Project coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge in HTML/CSS.
  • Basic knowledge of SDLC.
  • Had some hands-on experience with WordPress.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
