iFoundries designed a modern UX for SingPost’s new site with usability research and content optimisation, and a goal to keep it relevant to current dictates.
After an audit, SingPost’s website presented a few developmental and aesthetic issues we wanted to rectify. The site was hard to navigate, the design was outdated and the content was not optimised for SEO.
With thorough usability research, we crafted a UX user journey map in order to produce a design that not only appealed but served technical and marketing purposes.
The revamped website has new design features, and modern functionalities that allow the site to be more intuitive, fostering a UX strategy that reflects newly added customer bases, targeting to increase customer satisfaction, and reflecting all current trends to the site’s infrastructure.
Content development also resulted in a site that contains content built based on the expectations of users and search engines according to topics, matching users’ search intent more comprehensively.
With added multimedia like images and videos and formatted content, the site is now enhanced with improved readability for modern-day users.
Dynamic personalisation and responsive designs were applied next, to cater to wearable devices (eg. the desktop, mobile, and tablet views). These designs were specifically created to ensure we expand the site’s adaptive capabilities to help prepare apps for all form factors.
Finally, before handing over, we ensured the set up of proper data analytics tracking tools on the website for data capturing.
