2. iFoundries | Operations Update on COVID-19
(updated on 18/3/2020)
To our valued customers, partners and friends,
We would like to take a moment to share how iFoundries is responding to the COVID-19 outbreak. Our top priority is to safeguard the health of our colleagues and customers. At the same time, we are committed to keeping our operations up and running.
We are monitoring the situation closely, and will continue to base our company policies on advice from local government agencies.
For our colleagues
We have implemented daily temperature taking for everyone in the office and made available certain sanitizing equipment. With effect from 18 March 2020, we want to halt all in-person meetings with customers whenever possible, until the situation improves. Demos, training and on-boarding can be done virtually. We kindly seek all customers' support to help make this possible.
For our customers
We aim to maintain a consistent standard in our client servicing experience. We hope that iFoundries' solution will be valuable for you to digitise your marketing and business processes, whilst remaining safe.
At any point should iFoundries be required to activate Work-From-Home protocol for the entire company due to heightened DORSCON level or infected personnel within our office, we will make available such announcements on our website (ifoundries.com) and social media channels immediately. All staffs can be contactable via email, and our project executives and business consultants will be contactable via their respective mobile numbers.
For our community
We are taking a proactive approach to this rapidly evolving situation by playing our part to help affected businesses overcome the challenges arising from the Covid-19 outbreak. We recently offered our marketing automation software through IMDA and SGTech's ICT Sector Support initiative. You can find a list of other tech solutions that may help your company via the SGTech website.
If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We urge you to look after yourselves, your families, your colleagues and friends in this challenging and unsettling time.
