KWSH is one of Singapore’s oldest charitable healthcare institutions, serving the community since 1910. The website needed to reflect this legacy while making it easier for patients, families, and supporters to find services, understand how to apply, and get involved.

Our Solution: A modular, bilingual website built for clarity, accessibility and community engagement
Map journeys for each audience
We redesigned the information architecture around real-world tasks: discover care options, check fees and how to apply, find locations, read physician profiles, and contact the right team. Service sections now align to user intent: Nursing Home, Community Care and Home Care, Short-term Care, and TCM Services with physician profiles and fee pages.
Build a bilingual and accessible experience
We implemented a site-wide language toggle for English and Simplified Chinese with content templates that keep both versions in sync. Readability features include visible text size controls to support seniors and caregivers.

Prioritise “Get Involved” actions
Donate and Volunteer are surfaced in the global navigation and reinforced with clear CTAs throughout the site, making it easier for supporters to act when motivation strikes.

Create structured content hubs
We introduced hubs for Newsroom and Newsletter, and highlighted Upcoming Events on the homepage to keep the community updated. This improves discoverability and makes publishing new updates straightforward for the KWSH team.
Reinforce trust and governance
Dedicated pages for Personal Data Protection, RFP/Tender Opportunities, and For Patients & Families resources centralise important information. Multi-location pages help visitors find the nearest centre quickly.
Enable the team
We delivered content models, page templates, and authoring guidelines so KWSH can publish confidently without developer support. Post-launch training covered content updates, image standards, and analytics.
