Digital Creative Designer

As a Digital Creative Designer in iFoundries, you should be a highly motivated individual with a passion for digital design, web, mobile and digital technologies. You are ideas driven and capable of solving problems from a user’s perspective and translate the results into pixel-perfect designs.
 
You know how effective design is critical to any digital strategy.
 

What You Will Learn:

  • As a Digital Creative Designer that works closely with the digital strategists and developers, you will acquire insights on how to conceptualize and apply design on the different digital medium (website, email, social media etc.);
  • You shall learn what and how personas are used to make marketing decisions to drive business growth and acquire new clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design digital communication and marketing collaterals, such as responsive websites, e-books and digital graphics
  • Able to present design concepts and provides professional advice to customers
  • Continuously stay abreast with changing technological and design trends and best practices
  • Contribute and participate in the conceptualisation of ideas and strategies
  • Create and convert designs to HTML format

The following would be advantages to the Applicant:

  • Great communication skills that can be used to present your design ideas to clients
  • Experience with Webflow
  • Experience with Joomla and Wordpress template design

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Digital Design or equivalent and with a good portfolio of past work and experiences
  • Detailed understanding on digital interaction design, web and mobile standards, and best practices within the space
  • Expert with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • High proficiency in latest HTML and CSS
  • Must be a great team player
  • Ability to prototype and iterate designs
  • Ability to work with minimal direction in a constantly evolving fast-paced environment
  • Ability to take constructive criticism
  • Have at least some work experience in a similar role. Freelance design work experience can be considered.
You must provide references to your design portfolio in your application.

Digital Project Executive

As a Project Executive in iFoundries, you will take pride in communicating project ideas to clients; leading a project team to the success of each digital campaign. With the global focus on helping every industry to use digital technologies and build strong digital capabilities, you will be at the forefront of this evolution.
 

What You Will Learn:

  • As a Project Executive that works closely with a team of digital strategists, designers and developers, you will learn how to bring out the best of each team member contribute to the success of a digital campaign;
  • Hone your analytical skills during client meetings and learn how to deal with clients effectively.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, scope of work, prioritize deliverables, budgets, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed upon
  • Manage team capacity needed for user requirement, development of functional specification, testing and user training
  • Responsible for project deliverables, with an emphasis on quality, productivity, and consistency
  • Consistently identify needs that Clients may not recognize and ensure approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs
  • Consistently manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback
  • Communicate and document project status and strategic recommendations to clients, team members and senior management on a regular basis; escalate issues accordingly via the appropriate channels

The following would be advantages to the Applicant:

  • Experienced in Basecamp, Jira or similar project management tool

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Digital Media or equivalent
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and web technologies
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced digital agency work environment
  • Experienced in dealing with clients (brand managers, marketing managers)
  • Ability to manage different kind of resources (developers, designers, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must possess a positive attitude and thrive in a team environment

Account Executive (Digital Marketing Software Sales)

With a good listening ear and an inquisitive mind, you seek to deliver the best solution to customers' problems each and every time. You are out-going and love to build relationships in the B2B network.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary goal is to increase sales for our software products and ensure customer success.
  • Develop and follow up on sales leads.
  • Meet customers and sort out any pre sales questions they have.
  • Talk to customers and map our software capabilities to customer needs.
  • Conduct product demo sales presentations.
  • Prepare sales quotations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with product teams and update product knowledge constantly.
  • Managing client's expectations from the start of sales process to implementation.
  • Meet monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI) including sales targets.
  • Generate and present weekly sales report, manage sales pipeline and update CRM on sales leads and opportunities.
  • Attend business networking events to identify and connect with potential prospects.

Remuneration/Benefits:

  • Basic monthly salary + monthly sales commissions based on KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Knowledgable about the digital marketing and B2B software business.
  • Professional Sales certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

"The 1.5 months internship with iFoundries gave me a wonderful opportunity to gain knowledge and insights into the IT industry, which was definitely an add-on to what I have learnt from school. I was assigned to the Digital Project Management team and I had the opportunity to work with a very helpful team. My mentor and colleagues were always available when I needed guidance. I really appreciate their patience and I felt very welcomed to the team.
 
Some examples of what I have learnt through the internship was conducting User Acceptance Test (UAT) on different browsers using various electronic devices.
