Growth Solutions Consultant

As a Growth Solutions Consultant, you are an important and valuable personnel entrusted with business development activities within the client acquisition team. You shall apply consultative sales approach to Engage, Consult, Present, Analyse, Propose, Acquire and Delight these clients.
 

What You Will Learn:

  • As a Growth Solutions Consultant that works closely with the senior management, you will acquire insights on what marketing and sales strategies are used by growth companies successfully.
  • You will learn how to sell consultatively and apply needs analysis, gaps analysis and ask high-value and thought provoking questions to your prospects to position the company as the marketing and sales authority and solutions provider to help them achieve their business goals.
  • You will learn how to audit and analyse your prospect’s digital footprint to prepare an engagement strategy prior to meeting them to make the meeting productive and meaningful for them.
  • You will learn to read and analyse key metrics that drives a business, what to propose to your clients to prioritise their marketing activities that shall improve leads generation, qualification and conversions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Engage the top 1,000 accounts the company would like to acquire with the support of the marketing team to generate and engage these leads to present the iFoundries’ Value Proposition;
  • Connect with CEOs, CMOs, Managing Directors, General Managers, Marketing Directors, Sales Directors and SME Executive Directors via LinkedIn, business networking events to share the iFoundries’ Value Proposition and how we can help them achieve their business goals and grow their business;
  • You shall be empowered to Engage, Present, Analyse, Propose, Negotiate and Convert your qualified prospects into clients;
  • Be the primary contact point between the client and the company until the project kicks-off and is managed by the solution delivery team;
  • Work with the solution delivery team to develop business proposals, scope of work and costing within certain gross margins before presenting to the clients;
  • Communicate your progress, challenges and the support you need daily, through team huddles and weekly, through the ifoundries CRM;
  • Review your qualified prospects lists with your manager weekly to align and prioritise your client acquisition activities using the Eisenhower Matrix;
  • Review and reflect your monthly and quarterly performance and realign it to the goals and objectives of the company with your manager monthly.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Provide market feedback to the company every fortnightly during iFoundries team engagement sessions on client feedback, pricing, what other competitors are offering;
  • Be accountable to personal and professional development and growth to continuously be able to add massive value to clients;
  • Participate in the iFoundries team engagement and knowledge sharing sessions.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Google Office Suite, Office 360 or Microsoft Office
  • Possess Professional Certificate in Sales and Negotiation
  • Can apply a human touch on your written and oral communications
  • Enjoy meeting people, have an inquisitive mind to ask high-value questions
  • Possess excellent human interaction skills that cares for others and wanting the best for them
  • Enjoy working in cross-functional teams of marketing, sales, service delivery, client success and client support
  • Thrives in fast-paced environment that challenges you to be a better version of yourself
  • Enjoy reading and reflecting on topics of business, growth hacks, digital marketing, web technologies, artificial-intelligence, marketing and sales tools, customer experience and customer success

It would be advantages to you, if you:

  • have at least 2 years working experience in B2B sales
  • have more than 100 contacts of mid-sized to Fortune 1,000 companies
  • are part of a business networking and referrals group
  • have sold solutions worth at least SGD$20K
  • sold business solutions, consulting services, digital marketing services or enterprise software that increases the productivity of a business

What You Can Expect:

  • On-target Earnings from SGD$72,000 per annum (base + commission)

Digital Project Executive

As a Project Executive in iFoundries, you will take pride in communicating project ideas to clients; leading a project team to the success of each digital campaign. With the global focus on helping every industry to use digital technologies and build strong digital capabilities, you will be at the forefront of this evolution.
 

What You Will Learn:

  • As a Project Executive that works closely with a team of digital strategists, designers and developers, you will learn how to bring out the best of each team member to contribute to the success of a digital campaign;
  • Hone your analytical skills during client meetings and learn how to deal with clients effectively.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, scope of work, prioritize deliverables, budgets, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed upon
  • Manage team capacity needed for user requirement, development of functional specification, testing and user training
  • Responsible for project deliverables, with an emphasis on quality, productivity, and consistency
  • Consistently identify needs that Clients may not recognize and ensure approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs
  • Consistently manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback
  • Communicate and document project status and strategic recommendations to clients, team members and senior management on a regular basis; escalate issues accordingly via the appropriate channel

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Digital Media or equivalent
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and web technologies
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced digital agency work environment
  • Experienced in dealing with clients (brand managers, marketing managers)
  • Ability to manage different kind of resources (developers, designers, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must possess a positive attitude and thrive in a team environment

It would be advantages to you, if you have:

  • Experienced in Basecamp, Jira or similar project management tool

Digital Marketing Strategist

Working towards achieving client’s business objectives, you can devise a solid digital marketing strategy combining search, advertising and social media. From there you know what it takes to deliver results, including the resources and tools to execute campaigns, analyse results and continuous optimisation.

Other than merely implementing campaigns, you are a true business partner for our customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) - Increase organic traffic to a website using on-page optimization and link-building techniques
  • Proficiency in Pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns - Online advertising on Google AdWords, Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Proficiency in Inbound Marketing and Marketing Automation will be advantageous
  • Proficiency in email marketing (drip campaigns) and social media marketing is a plus
  • An independent, resourceful, result-oriented and analytical thinker
  • Able to work closely with the project team on clients' campaigns
  • Able to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Good command in English, both spoken & written
  • At least 1 year of working experience in digital marketing on areas described above preferably in an agency environment (freelance experience can be considered)
