Project Executive (Web/Digital Projects)

The ideal Project Executive is expected to assist in leading client projects and see to its fruition. The candidate will take pride in contributing project ideas to clients, managing a project team well, and satisfying client needs.
  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Digital Media or equivalent
  • Have strong IT knowledge as this job is very technical in nature
  • Experience in the web/digital agency environment
  • Experience in managing web/digital projects
  • Experience in dealing with clients (brand managers, marketing managers)
  • Ability to manage different kind of resources (web developers, web designers, etc.)
  • Experience in Basecamp or similar project management tool
  • Written and spoken proficiency in English
  • Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Must be able to work with a team
  • Ability to communicate in native Vietnamese will be a plus although not required

You are expected to:

  • Work under the guidance of a Project Manager
  • Develop project planning documents including requirements, timeline and training
  • Assist in managing multiple web projects concurrently and efficiently
  • Prepare and communicate regular project updates to clients
  • Manage clear communication between clients and project teams
  • Manage team resources for each project
  • Manage content for website when applicable
  • Manage and execute QA on projects before handover to clients

Business Development Executive

With a good listening ear and an inquisitive mind, you seek to deliver the best solution to customers' problems each and every time. You are out-going and love to build relationships in the B2B network.


  • Develop and follow up on new sales leads.
  • Demonstrate understanding of customer's nature of business and in-depth requirements.
  • Conduct sales presentations.
  • Prepare sales quotations and proposals.
  • Present proposed solutions to customers.
  • Managing client's expectations from the start of sales process to implementation.
  • Meet monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI) including sales targets.
  • Generate and present weekly sales report, manage sales pipeline and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system on sales leads and opportunities.
  • Attend business networking events to identify and connect with potential prospects.


  • Basic monthly salary + AWS + monthly sales commissions based on KPIs.
  • Mobile phone and transport covered


  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Business-to-Business IT solution selling; ranging between SGD10K to SGD100K per transaction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Professional Sales certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a team.
  • Able to thrive in fast pace environment.
  • Good knowledge about business, digital marketing and web technology in general.
  • Professional, mature and well-groomed.
